Reservations and acceptance

    1. To request room availability you use the availability request form on our website or by email.
    2. Upon receipt of the request we respond within 24 hours with an email notifying room availability in which we indicate the conditions of stay, prices and payment methods.
    3. To make a reservation, simply book directly through the site and pay the deposit.
    4. The room is considered confirmed only when we send you a booking confirmation email from us containing the details of your stay, after we receive the deposit transfer.
    5. On the day of arrival, check in is from 5:00 pm; on the day of departure, check out is by 10:00 am.
    6. Upon arrival each guest must show, for the purposes of legal obligations, a valid identity document; otherwise they cannot be accepted.
    7. We reserve the right to replace the room assigned to the guest with another of the same or higher level without prior notice and without price increase.

Prices and payment methods

    1. Prices are per room and per night and include taxes.Excluded is the tourist tax which incurs an additional charge of 1 euro per day per person.
    2. The price of the stay is what we communicate in the reservation acceptance email.
    3. The price of the stay will be paid, by bank transfer or upon departure, exclusively in cash

Cancellations

  1. For cancellations we charge a penalty fee equal to the cost of the entire stay.
  2. If the guest arrives but does not want to stay in the B&B, he/she is required to pay the full amount of the stay
  3. If the guest arrives and requests to reduce the stay, he/she is required to pay the full amount of the confirmed stay.
